Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use our website or hire TCube Labs, a business run by Arpit Tiwari and Ashutosh Mishra in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. A signed proposal or quote for a project forms part of these terms. If the two conflict, the proposal wins.

1. Scope and quotes

Each project's scope, deliverables, timeline and price are set out in a written proposal or quote. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before we start it.

2. Payments

• Projects need a 50% advance to start. The balance is due on delivery or as per the agreed milestones.
• Invoices are payable within 7 days by bank transfer or UPI.
• Prices exclude applicable taxes.
• Care plans and retainers are billed monthly in advance.

3. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide the content, access and feedback we need on time. Delays on your side may move the timeline. You confirm that you have the rights to any content and data you give us.

4. Third-party services

We build on third-party platforms such as AI providers, WhatsApp, payment gateways and cloud hosts. Their fees, terms, uptime and policy changes are outside our control. Usage fees for these platforms are billed to your accounts unless we agree otherwise in writing.

5. Ownership

Once you've paid in full, you own the deliverables we create specifically for you. We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, templates and know-how, and you get a permanent licence to use them as part of your deliverables. We may mention you as a client unless you ask us not to.

6. Confidentiality

Both sides will keep the other's confidential information private. We're happy to sign an NDA on request.

7. AI outputs

AI systems can make mistakes. We design safeguards, but you should review important AI-generated outputs before relying on them.

8. Warranty and liability

We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits.

9. Termination

Either side may end a project with written notice. You pay for work completed up to that date. See our Refunds & Cancellation policy for details.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Gautam Buddh Nagar (Noida), Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction.
